QD general bridge crane main structure includes:
Bridge frame: composed of main beam and end beam, bearing the movement of trolley and hook, moving along the track direction.
Trolley: It is composed of lifting mechanism, walking mechanism and electrical equipment, and moves along the direction of the main beam.
Hook: composed of steel wire rope, pulley block and hook body, to achieve the lifting of goods.
Electrical equipment: including power system, control system and safety protection system, to achieve the normal work of the crane.

QD general bridge crane working principle is:
When the power is switched on, the controller sends instructions to each mechanism to make it run according to the predetermined program.
When the goods need to be lifted, the hoisting speed of the hoist is adapted to the quality of the goods by adjusting the frequency converter or governor, and the highest and lowest position of the hook is controlled by the limit switch or sensor.
When the goods need to move horizontally, the speed of the car can adapt to the quality of the goods by adjusting the frequency converter or governor, and the leftmost position and rightmost position of the car on the main beam can be controlled by the limit switch or sensor.
When goods need to be moved longitudinally, the traveling speed of the bridge can adapt to the quality of the goods by adjusting the frequency converter or governor, and the most forward and last position of the bridge on the track is controlled by the limit switch or sensor.
